Ensures the safety and well-being of children involved in our programs. CTO has zero tolerance for any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

2. PSEA Policy (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse)

CTO maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any act of sexual exploitation or abuse. All staff, volunteers, and partners are required to uphold the highest standards of respect and professionalism when engaging with community members.
