 It is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities. We believe that when communities are given the tools, skills, and opportunities they need, they can thrive with dignity, resilience, and hope.

 Led by women, CTO was founded in 2025 by passionate young changemakers and focuses on building inclusive and sustainable solutions that address the real needs of people — from livelihoods and child protection to peacebuilding and environmental sustainability.
